Winter season is already here and now we are just waiting for New Year. Winter season brings sweet potatoes in abundance. Although sweet potatoes are available throughout the year, the freshest harvests are still made during the winter season. There are several recipes that you can make with sweet potatoes this season. This is widely enjoyed in parts of North India. The star ingredient of this dish are roasted or fried sweet potato cubes which are then topped with spicy, sour chaat masala and other toppings.
