Ingredients

7-8 premade idlis 1 onion 2-3 green chillies 1 tomato 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp cumin seeds 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp garam masala A pinch of hing Coriander leaves for garnish Curry leaves for garnish Oil for cooking Salt to taste

Step 1

Heat some oil and add cumin seeds. Mix in onion, green chillies, and ginger-garlic paste.

Step 2

Once the mixture is fragrant, add chopped tomatoes and all the spices.

Step 3

Mash the tomatoes and cook till you get a thick gravy. Season with salt.
