Chilli Garlic Paste: The Secret Ingredient To Amp Up Your Meals

Chilli garlic paste can spruce up any meal. This flavourful condiment is absolutely hassle free to make. Pair it with your countless snack or spread over rolls & wraps, this is really spicy.

Ingredients

20-25 whole dried (Kashmiri) red chillies 12 garlic cloves 1 tsp vinegar 1 tsp oil 1/2 tsp sugar Salt to taste 

Step 1

Soak the red chillies in hot water for around half an hour. 

Step 2

Drain the red chillies and add them to a grinder. Add the garlic cloves, vinegar, sugar and salt. Blend to make a smooth paste. 

Step 3

In a bowl, mix the paste along with around 1 teaspoon of oil as required. Stir to combine. Chilli garlic paste is ready to use.
