Chikoo Popsicles: Unique, Easy And Absolutely Delicious

Popsicles are your best bet once the scorching summer hits and these chikoo ones are a perfect pick to start.

Ingredients

4 chikoo 1 cup yoghurt (curd) 1 cup milk 2 teaspoon chia seeds 4 teaspoon powdered sugar

Step 1

Peel the chikoo, remove the seeds and roughly chop them into pieces.

Step 2

Blend chopped chikoo pieces, milk, curd, sugar and chia seeds into a smooth mixture.

Step 3

Pour the mixture into popsicle moulds and keep in the freezer until set.

Step 4

Once set well, take out the popsicles from the moulds and serve.
