Chikoo Chia Pudding: A Nutritious Fusion Dessert

A delightful fusion of chia seeds and creamy chikoo, offering a nutritious and delicious breakfast or snack option. This healthy treat combines the goodness of chia seeds with the natural sweetness of chikoo for a satisfying and guilt-free indulgence.

Ingredients

2-3 ripe Chikko Sapota 4 tbsp chia seeds   1 cup thin coconut milk/milk of choice 1-2 tsp honey 1 tsp vanilla extract

Step 1

Into a bowl add chia seeds, along with milk, honey, chikkoo puree and vanilla extract.

Refrigerate this for 2-3 hours or overnight. Top it with nuts, fruits and enjoy!
