Chicken Cutlets: A Step-ByStep Guide To Make This Delicious Snack

Chicken Cutlets are a delicious, crispy, and savoury snack that's easy to make and perfect for any occasion.  They are easy to make at home and can be prepared quickly.

Ingredients

500 gms boneless chicken 2 potatoes 1 onion 2 green chillies 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp garam masala 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

Ingredients

1/2 tsp red chilli powder 1/2 tsp cumin powder 1/2 tsp coriander powder 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped 1 egg, beaten 1 cup breadcrumbs Oil Salt 

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the boiled and shredded chicken with the mashed potatoes.

Step 2

Sprinkle garam masala, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix it well.

Step 3

Add the chopped fresh coriander leaves and mix again. Take a small portion of the chicken mixture and shape it into a round or oval patty, pressing it gently with your hands. 

Step 4

Dip each cutlet into the beaten egg, ensuring it's fully coated. Roll the cutlet in breadcrumbs, pressing gently.

Step 5

Heat enough oil in a pan for shallow frying. Once the oil is hot, gently place the cutlets in the pan and fry till they are golden brown and crispy on both sides. Serve with ketchup, chutney, or your favourite dip.
