Winters are already knocking on the door, and the weather is starting to feel chilly. With cold weather comes high-demand of cosy soups. Try this easy-to-make chicken corn soup to relish.
1 tablespoon olive oil 1 onion 2 cloves garlic 1 kg boneless chicken breasts Boiled kernel corn 4 cups chicken broth 1/2 cup cream 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper Fresh parsley
Heat olive oil. Add onion, garlic, chopped chicken and corn to the pot. Cook thoroughly.
Pour in chicken broth, season with salt and pepper, and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Stir in cream and heat through.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
