500 gm boneless chicken 3 to 4 green chillies 1 tsp lemon Juice 1/2 tsp ginger paste 1/2 tsp garlic paste 1 bread Slice 1 egg 1/2 tsp chilli flakes 1/2 tsp black pepper powder 1/2 tsp chaat masala 4 to 5 cheese slices Salt to taste Some coriander leaves Oil to fry

Take moisture-free boneless chicken, coriander leaves and add them in a blender.

Add green chilies, lemon juice, bread slice, black pepper powder, salt, chili flakes and chaat masala.

Also, add crushed garlic and 1/2 tsp ginger paste. Also, add one egg and grind it to perfection.

When the grinding is done, take a little oil in hand and roll one portion of mixture using hands.

Flatten the mixture and place a slice of cheese in between. Roll the kebab and give it a cylendrical shape.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the kebabs slowly and carefully from both sides. Serve with mint chutney and enjoy!
