Chicken Casserole: The Perfect Brunch Starter

Chicken Casserole is a lip-smacking baked dish that you can prepare in about one hour, and this creamy and luscious dish will become your absolute favourite. 

Ingredients

500 gm chicken boneless 2 tablespoon refined flour 1/2 cup chopped mushroom 8 cherry tomatoes 1/4 tablespoon black pepper 1/2 tablespoon oregano 4 cloves minced garlic 3 tablespoon butter 500 ml milk 100 gm spinach salt as required 1/2 tablespoon chilli flakes 2 grated cheese cubes 1 cup boiled hakka noodles

Step 1

Heat butter in a pan, add chicken pieces to it and cook for about 10 minutes. Flip the chicken pieces once done and cook for 5 minutes more. Keep the cooked pieces aside.

Step 2

Now in the leftover butter, add garlic and mushrooms. Saute for 3-4 minutes and add refined flour and saute for a minute. Pour milk into the pan and cook for 6-7 minutes. Adjust the salt.  

Step 3

Add boiled noodles, grated cheese, black pepper powder, red chilli flakes and oregano. Cook for 2-3 minutes more. 

Step 4

Now add cooked chicken pieces along with spinach leaves and cook for 2 minutes. Cut the cherry tomatoes into half and add them to the pan as well. Cook for 5 minutes. 

Step 5

Switch off the flame and add the mixture to a square dish. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees C. Once baked, serve chicken casserole hot.
