Feeling cold? Stay warm and cozy with delicious chicken broth.
3–4-pound chicken, 3-4 carrots, 2 turnips, 2 celery stalks, 2 onions, 1 head of garlic, 1 tsp. peppercorns, 2 bay leaves, 2-3 sprigs of fresh coriander leaves
Place the chicken in a large pot along with other ingredients.
Put enough water in the pot to cover the chicken and bring it to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 1-1 ½ hours.
Remove chicken from stock and let cool. Discard skin and bones and hand-shred chicken meat.
Finely strain the vegetables and herbs out of the stock. And enjoy.
