A perfect drink to unwind after a long day. Infused with the fragrance of mogra (jasmine) and the goodness of chia seeds, this cooler is a soothing and healthy drink. It is perfect for hot days or when you just need a moment to relax, this has a unique combination of flavours to calm your senses.
2 cups water 1 tsp chia seeds 1/2 cup mogra (jasmine) 1 tablespoon honey 1 tablespoon lemon juice Ice cubes, as needed A few fresh mogra for garnishing
Soak chia seeds in 1 cup of water for 15 minutes until they swell.
Mix honey into the mogra-infused water, then add lemon juice. Stir well.
Add soaked chia seeds into the mogra mixture, and stir well.
Pour into glasses, and add ice cubes. Garnish with fresh mogra flowers and serve.
