1 cup rice flour 1 tsp carrom seeds Oil to fry Salt to taste Water as required

Start by boiling water with salt and carrom seeds.

Now, sieve rice flour and add it to boiling water. Mix it using a spatula.

When done, transfer the mixture to a big plate and knead well.

Make dough balls and roll them rotis one by one. Keep them aside on a plate.

Heat oil in a heavy-bottomed pan and deep fry puris one by one on a medium flame.
