This deliciously sweet-tart cherry smoothie bowl is packed with antioxidants and fibre, making it the ideal breakfast to have during a mid-week slump.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup fresh cherries, pitted 1 frozen banana 1 cup coconut milk ½ avocado, diced ¼ cup blueberries 2 tablespoons chia seeds 1 tablespoon maple syrup

METHOD

Add all the ingredients to a blender jar and blitz into a smooth puree.
