Make the most of cherry season by pressing your own fresh cherry juice to use as part of this deliciously pink and tropical margarita with a twist.
60 ml tequila 45 ml Cointreau 30 ml cherry juice 25 ml lime juice 15 ml simple syrup 1 tablespoon coconut milk
Add the tequila, Cointreau, cherry juice and lime juice to a shaker filled with ice.
Shake thoroughly before adding the coconut milk and shaking once again.
Strain and pour into a serving glass of choice, filled with ice.
Serve chilled, topped off with a fresh cherry on the stem.
