A refreshing cocktail to sip, flavoured with the monsoon stone fruit – the vibrant red spritz is flavoured with pitted and frozen cherries. Sip on this drink as you ring in the weekend, along with a few nibbles from a grazing board for the perfect Friday night.
60 ml Aperol 90 ml Prosecco 1 cup frozen cherries 30 ml sparkling water ¼ teaspoon xanthan gum
Combine all the ingredients in a blender jar and grind until smooth.
Pour into a serving glass and top up with a fresh cherry. Serve chilled.
