Chef Kunal Kapur's Gaon Ki Chutney Is Perfect On Everything

Chef Kunal Kapur is well known for his divine desi creations and he's knocked it out of the park again with this simple but flavour-packed chutney. It's so easy, you'll want to make a huge batch to eat with every meal!

Ingredients

½ cup Mustard Oil 30 dried red chillies ½ tsp hing ½ cup peeled garlic 2 inch piece of ginger 2 tbsp amchur 1 tbsp cumin seeds 2 tbsp coriander seeds 1 ½ tbsp salt

Step 1

Heat the oil and add the red chillies until they’re slightly crisp. Strain off the oil and keep them aside.

Step 2

Now add the hing, jeera and coriander to the same oil and then add the garlic cloves. Saute until slightly browned.

Step 3

Add the garlic into a blender jar with the chillies and then add a spoon of amchur and salt.

Step 4

Blend until smooth and then serve alongside all your favourite dishes!
