For dough 1 cup wheat flour 1/4 cup gram flour Salt to taste Pinch of kasoori methi leaves 1 tbsp ghee 1/2 tsp ajwain 1/2 cup lauki water Water as required

For Stuffing 1 lauki 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 green chili 1/2 chopped onion Handful of coriander leaves 1 tsp chilli powder 2 tsp chaat masala 2 tsp ginger 1/2 tsp heeng 2 tbsp wheat flour Ghee or oil

Take lauki and grate it. Sprinkle some salt on it and mix it up. Keep it aside.

In a flat bowl, add atta, besan, salt, ghee, kasoori methi, and ajwain. Squeeze out the excess water from the lauki and add.

Knead and add water if required. Dough is ready. Keep it aside.

Add cumin, chopped green chilies, onions, coriander, chili powder, and all spices to the grated lauki and mix well.

Divide the dough into small balls and roll them into a small circle. Place a spoonful of the filling in the center and seal it.

Flatten the stuffed ball and roll it out into a paratha. Now, heat a tawa over medium-high heat and cook paratha from both sides.

Repeat the process with the remaining dough balls and filling. Serve with a tasty raita and enjoy.
