1/2 cup mayonnaise 2 tbsp tomato ketchup 2 tbsp schezwan sauce 1/2 tsp butter 3 to 4 pav breads 1/4 tsp chili flakes 1/4 tsp mixed herbs 3 tbsp grated cheese
In a bowl, add mayonnaise, tomato ketchup and schezwan sauce. Mix well.
Heat a pan and add butter. Take pav and cut them into squares. Add them into the pan and cook until crisp.
Sprinkle chili flakes and mixed herbs. Add in the spiced mayonnaise too.
Add in the grated cheese and your cheesy and spicy pav is ready to savour.
