100 gms paneer cut into small pieces 1 tbsp vegetable oil 1 medium onion chopped 2 green chillies chopped 2 tsp ginger garlic paste 2 tomatoes chopped 1 tbsp chopped capsicum 1 tbsp finely chopped dhaniya
1 tbsp tomato puree 1 tbsp tomato sauce 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp cumin powder (jeera) 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp vinegar 8 slices white bread 4 tbsp butter 4 tbsp pizza sauce 1 cup grated cheese
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan. Add in the onions and saute for a few minutes.
Add in the green chilies and saute until the onions are translucent.
Add the ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute or two. Now add in the finely chopped tomatoes.
