Who does not like the cheese pulling apart when you detach a slice of pizza? But there is no denying that pizza is also unhealthy for you. Hence, you should try making cheese paratha for a healthy indulgence.
1 cup wheat flour Water as needed 1 tsp salt 1 tsp red chilli powder 100 grams grated cheese 2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves Oil as needed
Add salt and red chilli powder to the flour and knead a soft dough using water.
Grease your palms with a teaspoon of oil and knead the dough. Keep it aside for 15 minutes.
Divide the dough into small spheres. Coat them with dry flour and roll them into small discs.
Add grated cheese in the middle of the disc and some coriander leaves.
Roll the sphere again and roast the cheese paratha on a hot skillet.
Use butter for greasing paratha and enjoy it with ketchup or garlic chutney.
