3 large eggs 1 tbsp milk Salt to taste Freshly ground white pepper to taste 2 tbsp butter ¼ cup shredded Emmentaler cheese
Whisk the eggs in a bowl until they are foamy.
Add milk, salt, and white pepper to the eggs and mix well.
Melt butter in a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat.
Pour in the egg mixture and swirl the skillet to cover the bottom evenly.
Cook the eggs, lifting the edges with a spatula to let uncooked egg flow underneath.
Flip the omelette carefully and cook for another 30 seconds.
Sprinkle Emmentaler cheese in the middle of the omelette and fold it in half. Cook until the cheese melts, then slide onto a plate. Enjoy your delicious cheese omelette!
