Think what cheese-filled in pipping hot and crispy kebabs would turn your weekend into pure indulgence. With minced meat or assorted veggies, here’s how you can make cheese kebabs.
2 potatoes, boiled and mashed 1 cup chopped vegetables 1/2 cup grated cheese 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves 1 tablespoon chopped ginger 1 tablespoon chopped garlic 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder 1 teaspoon garam masala powder 1/4 cup bread crumbs 1 tablespoon besan Salt to taste Oil for frying
Combine mashed potatoes, chopped vegetables, grated cheese, and all the spices.
Take small portions of the mixture and form patties.
In a separate plate, mix breadcrumbs and besan. Coat each kebab patty with the mixture.
Deep-fry, shallow fry or air fry the kebabs till crispy on all sides.
Drain excess oil and serve with your favourite chutney.
