Cheese Garlic Toast: Delicious Snack To Overcome Hunger Pangs

Cheese garlic toast is the ultimate snack you can prepare in under 15 minutes. It is delicious, and fulfilling, and leaves a scrumptious lingering taste. Try this recipe, and you will overcome hunger pangs in no time.

Ingredients

2 slices of bread ½ cup salted butter 1 tsp chopped coriander 4 garlic cloves A pinch of chilli flakes ¼ cup mozzarella cheese ¼ cup Parmesan cheese

Step 1

Top butter with chopped garlic and melt it in the oven for 2-3 minutes. 

Step 2

Keep it aside to cool off while you cut the edges and toast triangular bread slices.

Step 3

Add coriander leaves to the butter and brush it generously over slices.

Step 4

Top the slices with Parmesan and mozzarella cheese.

Step 5

Sprinkle red chilli flakes on the top and microwave toast for a minute.

Step 6

Serve cheese garlic toast with ketchup on the side.
