An explosion of flavours and aromas is certain to be present in each and every cone of this mouthwatering snack.

1 onion chopped 1 tomato chopped ¼ th cup coriander chopped ½ tsp chili flakes ½ cup cheese, grated Salt to taste ½ tsp red chili powder ¼ th cup sev 3-4 slices of bread 2 cups cornflakes 2 cups flour ¾ th cup water Oil for frying ½ cup Tamarind chutney ½ cup Green chutney
In a bowl add chopped onions, tomatoes, coriander leaves, chili flakes, grated cheese, salt, red chili powder and sev, give it a good mix.
Take a slice of bread, cut the edges and flatten slightly with your hands or a rolling pin. Add a little water to two of the edges to form a cone shape.
Press the edges to ensure it’s fully closed. Add in your filling, dip and coat the cone in a batter of flour and water, and then cover with cornflakes. Fry the cone until golden brown and crispy.
Top with some sweet and spicy chutney and Enjoy!
