Cheese Chili Toast: Quick, Easy And Delicious

Ingredients

 2 tsp butter 2 tsp maida 1 cup milk 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese Salt and crushed pepper 4-5 slices of bread Melted butter1 cup mozzarella cheese 2-3 finely chopped green chillies 1/4 cup finely chopped peppers 1 tsp chili flakes 

Step 1

In a pan, add butter and maida. Mix well and cook for 3-4 min on low heat.

Step 2

Add the milk with salt and pepper. Cook till the milk thickens.

Step 3

Remove the white sauce. Add grated cheese and mix well. Remove onto a bowl and set aside.

Step 4

Brush bread with butter and fry till golden. Apply the white sauce and top with cheese.

Step 5

Place the bread on the tawa and put on the lid. Let it cook for 2-3 mins. Serve!
