1/2 tbsp cream 2 tsp sugar 1/2 tbsp dry fruit powder Saffron
In a bowl, add malai. Make sure you freeze malai for atleast 10 minutes before using.
Then, add nuts to the mortar and pestle. Add these ground nuts, sugar and saffron to the malai.
Make a dough and roll it into a paratha. Spread a spoonful of ghee on it.
Spread the malai mixture on the rolled paratha and roll it sideways. Again, roll the dough into the paratha.
Heat a pan and place the paratha. Spread ghee over it and let the paratha cook from both sides.
When done, put fresh butter on the top and serve!
