Use up any leftover chicken curry you have stored up in the fridge to make a delicious and flavoursome easy frankie roll to enjoy along with your evening cup of tea or coffee.

¼ cup chicken curry gravy 3-4 chicken curry pieces, shredded ½ onion, sliced 1 green chilli, chopped Juice of ½ lemon 1 Malabar parotta 2 teaspoons vegetable oil 1 pinch chaat masala 1 teaspoon chopped coriander

Smear the oil on both sides of a ready-to-eat Malabar parotta and toast on a tava on both sides, until crispy and golden brown.

Spoon some of the curry gravy on to one side of the cooked parotta, followed by the shredded chicken.

Place the slices of onion, chopped green chilli and sprinkle of chaat masala on top.

Finish with a squeeze of lemon and roll both ends towards the centre. Serve hot.
