The only thing worse than a bad day is getting soggy papdi in your chaat and ruining the whole experience. This creamy chaat dip can give any guacamole a run for its money and replicate the same joy of enjoying a plate of your favourite chaat dishes.
1 cup yoghurt 1 teaspoon honey 2 teaspoons milk ½ cup boiled potatoes 1 teaspoon cumin powder 1 teaspoon red chilli powder 1 teaspoon pink salt 3-4 teaspoons green chutney 3-4 teaspoons imli chutney 3 teaspoons pomegranate arils 3-4 teaspoons moong sprouts 3-4 teaspoons chopped onions Sev, for sprinkling Salt, to taste Papdi, for dipping
Whisk together the yoghurt, milk and honey until smooth and airy and spread on a plate using the back of a spoon.
Add the cumin, red chilli and pink salt to the boiled potatoes and layer on top of the whisked yoghurt.
Drizzle both types of chutneys, sprinkle pomegranate, moong sprouts, onions and season with salt.
Sprinkle a generous helping of sev on top and serve immediately with papdi.
