Indulge in homemade Aloo Tikki—golden and crispy potato patties seasoned with aromatic spices, perfect for snacking in the monsoon season.
4 potatoes, boiled and peeled 1/2 cup bread crumbs 1/4 cup finely chopped onions 2 green chilies, finely chopped 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander 1 tsp ginger paste 1 tsp cumin powder 1/2 tsp red chili powder 1/2 tsp garam masala powder Salt to taste Oil for frying
In a bowl, mash the boiled potatoes until smooth and lump-free. Add bread crumbs, chopped onions and green chilies.
Add coriander , ginger paste, cumin powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder, and salt.
Mix well. Divide the mixture into equal-sized portions and shape each portion into round tikkis.
In a pan heat oil and flip fry the tikkis until golden brown. In a napkin drain access oil.
Serve the Aloo Tikkis hot with mint chutney or sauce. Enjoy!
