If you’re wondering what to eat for Chaitra Navratri fast that is fancy, tasty as well as vrat-friendly, opt for paneer tikki. This delicious tikki is low in calories and high in fibre, keeping you full for longer time. This paneer tikki can be well accompanied by a cup of tea in the evening. Take a look at the recipe here:
1 cup paneer 2 medium boiled potatoes 2-3 green chillies 1tsp ginger 1 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp black pepper Sendha namak as per taste 2 handful of fresh coriander leaves 1-2 tsp ghee 2 tbsp singhara atta
Nicely mash the boiled potatoes and shift the potatoes to a large bowl. To it add salt, cumi, coriander leaves and pepper.
To it, add paneer, flour, ginger, green chillies, and make a nice smooth and thick dough.
Give them shape in the form of tikkis and refrigerate them for at least 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat an air frying, place the tikkis and brush some ghee. Let the tikkis fry for about 25-28 minutes.
Serve hot with chutney.
