The easy preparation and wonderful flavour of Rajgira Masala Paratha make it a great flatbread for Navratri. With its little preparation time and high taste, it's the ideal festive dish.
Paneer 100 gm Boiled potatoes 2 medium Finely chopped coriander 1/2 cup Finely chopped chilli 2 Grated ginger Sendha namak to taste Cumin powder 1 tbsp Red chilli powder 1 tbsp Crushed peanuts (Roasted) 1/4 cup Rajgira/ Amaranth flour 1 and 1/2 cup Desi ghee 2 tbsp
Combine all the ingredients and mix until a dough forms. For the most part, knead the dough without water.
Grease your palms and use tiny amounts of dough to form balls. Now equally distribute these balls by pressing them between your palms.
Set these parathas flat on a hot tawa and cook them on both sides.
Pair with raita or chutney of your preference and serve hot.
