This is a creamy and filling drink that is perfect to relish during the chilly days of winter. Here is a quick recipe to make chai smoothie at home.

1 black tea bag ¾ cup boiled water 3 dates 2 tbsp hemp hearts 1 tbsp ground flax seed ½ tsp ground cinnamon ½ tsp vanilla extract ⅛ tsp ground ginger Pinch of ground cloves Pinch of salt

Add the tea bag to a mug and pour the boiling water over it. Let it steep for 3 minutes. Remove the tea bag and let it cool.

Add the dates, hemp hearts, flax, cinnamon, vanilla, ginger, cloves, and salt to a blender along with cooled tea.

Blend until very smooth.
