Chai Manhattan: Prolong The Feeling Of Holiday Spirit

A desi touch to a classic cocktail using chilled kaali chai that’s perfect for that 4:00 pm high tea soiree.

INGREDIENTS

50 ml whiskey 30 ml sweet vermouth 15 ml cooled, brewed tea 3 dashes angostura bitters 1 sprig rosemary Cherries, to garnish

METHOD

Smoke a coupe glass with the sprig of rosemary for 2-3 minutes and allow it to chill in the freezer.

In a mixing glass, add the remaining ingredients to build your cocktail. Add ice and stir everything together. Strain into the chilled glass and garnish with a cherry.
