INGREDIENTS

2 cups heavy cream 1 cup condensed milk 2 cups cornflakes 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Extra cornflakes, for mixing

METHOD

Warm up the heavy cream slightly and allow it to turn lukewarm before adding in the cereal.

Soak the cornflakes in cream for 20 minutes before passing it through a strainer and pressing down to get the last bit of cream.
