Celebrate World Chocolate Day With These White Chocolate Cupcakes

Elevate your dessert game with these heavenly white chocolate cupcakes. Moist, fluffy, and topped with luscious white chocolate frosting.

Ingredients

Ingredients for Cupcakes 1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1 and 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 cup unsalted butter 3/4 cup granulated sugar 2 large eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 cup milk 2 cup white chocolate Ingredients for Frosting 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened 2 cups powdered sugar 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 2-3 tsp milk white chocolate for garnish

Step 1

Preheat oven to 175°C and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners. Whisk 1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour and baking powder.

Step 2

Add 1/4 teaspoon salt. In a bowl, cream together 1/2 cup softened unsalted butter and 1 cup granulated sugar.

Step 3

Now Beat in 2 large eggs and vanilla extract. Now mix the wet and dry ingredients.

Step 4

Now Fold in melted and cooled white chocolate. Mix well. Spoon the batter into the cupcake liners.

Step 5

Bake for 18-20 minutes. Let the cupcakes cool. Once cooled, frost the cupcakes with white chocolate frosting.
