Embrace the spirit of Paryushan with a delightful twist on bread-making. Yeast-free and whole wheat bread offers a wholesome alternative that aligns with the principles of the festival.

Put one cup of daliya in one cup of curd, cover it, and let it soak for an hour.

In a blender jar, combine 1/4 cup milk, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, and the daliya that has been soaked. To get a smooth batter, blend it.

Add 2 tbsp of sooji, 1/2 tsp of baking powder, and 1/4 tsp of baking soda to the batter after transferring it to a mixing bowl. Mix it thoroughly.

Add a plain flavour eno packet to this mixture and stir it with 1/2 tsp. lemon juice to activate it. Put it in a tin that has been oiled with ghee and sprinkled with wheat flour after thoroughly whisking it.

Bake it for 40 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius in a preheated oven or cook for 45 minutes at low to medium flame in a kadhai with a stand at the base.

To check that it is cooked through to the bottom, stick in a toothpick. When done, brush milk to the top. Let it sit for an hour, then cut it with a sharp knife or the bread knife and serve.
