Made with beetroot, apple, carrots and orange and ginger, this vibrant smoothie is perfect to start your day.
1 red beet, cut into 2-inch chunks 1 apple, cut into 2-inch chunks 3 carrots, cut into 2-inch chunks 1 orange, juiced 1 2-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled 1 cup cold water

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour the smoothie into tall glasses and enjoy.
Store the leftovers in the refrigerator.
