Treat yourself to the creamy and nutty goodness of caramel walnut cheesecake, perfect for special occasions. This cheesecake combines cream cheese richness with walnut crunch and caramel smoothness for an indulgent treat that’s sure to impress.
For the crust: 100g biscuits 50g unsalted butter For the cheesecake filling: 400g cream cheese 150g powdered sugar 200ml fresh cream 1 tablespoons all-purpose flour 2 large eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract For the caramel walnut topping: 100g sugar 2 tablespoon water 50g butter 75ml fresh cream 50g walnuts
Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter and press into the base of a springform pan. Chill for 10 minutes.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add cream, flour, eggs, and vanilla, beating well after each addition.
Pour filling over the crust and bake at 160°C for 45-50 minutes.
Melt sugar and water over medium heat. Add butter and cream, and stir until smooth. Add walnuts.
Let it cool down, then pour over caramel walnut topping and serve it chill.
