Popcorn itself is a binge-worthy snack. When the kernels are coated in caramel, you get a drool-worthy sweet and salty snack. Here’s how to make movie-theatre-like caramel popcorn at home.
1/2 cup popcorn kernel 1/2 cup butter 1 cup sugar 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pop your popcorn using your preferred method, be it on the gas stove or microwave.
Add some salt and mix thoroughly.
Melt some butter, sugar, and vanilla extract over medium flame, and wait till it thickens.
Coat the popcorn in the caramel sauce.
To give them extra crunch, bake the coated popcorn for half an hour and enjoy.
