Caipirissima: The Sweet-Tarty Cocktail

The Caipirissima is essentially a Daiquiri, made in the style of a Caipirinha.
It is a sweet-tart rum cocktail that tastes great on a warm summer evening.
Ingredients
2 lime 2 tbsp sugar 2-3 Oz white rum Crushed ice
Step 1
Place lime and sugar into old fashioned glass and muddle (mash the two ingredients together using a muddler or a wooden spoon).
Step 2
Fill the glass with crushed ice and add the rum.
