Cafe Style Hibiscus Summer Lemonade

Hibiscus is perfect to add to lemonade because it is already sour and it adds a beautiful deep, red color that makes it a fun treat.

Ingredients

1/4 cup of hibiscus flowers Juice of 3 lemons 1/4-1/2 cup of honey (or sweetener of your choice) 8 cups of water

Step 1

Take pan add 2 cups of water and boil. Take some hibiscus flowers and add it in the water.

Step 2

Now cover, and steep for 10-15 minutes. To infuse the aroma of hibiscus flower.

Step 3

Now Strain flowers and add the honey as desired to make it sweet. Stir mix well until the honey it is dissolved.

Step 4

Pour out into a jug and add the mixture and lemon juice and the rest of the water. Mix it well add ice as desired Refrigerate and serve chilled.
