Ingredients

Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved Olive oil Garlic, minced Salt and pepper to taste Optional: Parmesan cheese, grated

Step 1

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the brussels sprouts and sauté for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown.
