Have you tried paneer kachori? If you haven’t, this is the easiest recipe you can work with. This one-of-a-kind snack is perfect to consume with aloo tamar sabzi. Serve this combo for brunch and impress your guests.
200 grams of grated paneer 1 tsp salt 1 tsp ajwain 1 cup flour Oil for frying 2 tbsp coriander leaves 1 tsp red chilli powder ¼ tsp pepper
Add atta in a deep vessel and top it with paneer and spices.
Add a dollop of ghee and knead it with water. Keep it aside for a while.
Heat oil in a heavy-bottom kadhai.
Meanwhile, divide the dough into small portions and roll the balls.
Deep-fry paneer kachori in the hot oil until both sides are cooked.
Serve kachori hot with aloo tamatar sabzi or chole.
