For outer layer- ½ cup wheat flour, ½ cup maida, salt to taste, 1-½ tbsp oil, For filling- 2 tbsp oil, 4 cloves garlic grated, 2 tbsp white part of spring onion, 2 tbsp capsicum, ½ cup broccoli blanched, 2 tbsp tomato, ½ cup greens of spring onion, 1 cup boiled corn, 1 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp oregano, salt to taste, 1 tbsp maida, 1 tbsp tomato ketchup, 1 tsp red chilli sauce, ½ cup cheese, oil

Add wheat flour, maida, salt and oil 1 tablespoon. Mix it and make a hard dough adding water. Cover it and let it rest for ½ hour.

In a non-stick pan add oil and grated garlic. Saute for a minute. Add whites of spring onions. Saute for a second. Gradually add capsicum, tomato, broccoli.

Cover and cook for 2 minutes. Add greens of spring onion and boiled corn. Saute for a minute. Add salt, black pepper powder and oregano.
