The monsoon coffee is a naturally processed variety of the beverage. The coffee is known for its earthlier flavour, which is unique to its kind and low in acidity. It is also known as Monsoon Malabar Coffee. Here's how you can make it at home:
2 tablespoons Monsooned Malabar coffee beans (or any monsoon coffee beans) 1 cup water 1/2 cup milk (optional) Sugar or sweetener to taste (optional)
Boil 1 cup of water. Pour over ground coffee in a French press or coffee maker.
Steep for 4-5 minutes, then press or let brew. Heat milk separately.
Pour brewed coffee into a mug. Add hot milk and sweeten to taste.
