Breakfast Special Vegan Blueberry & Avocado Smoothie

You'll enjoy a sumptuous smoothie with an energising flavour thanks to the combination of creamy avocados and tart blueberries! You can receive an unbeatable value if you also add some almond milk.

Ingredients

1/2 cup frozen blueberries 1/4 cup roughly chopped ripe avocado 1 cup readymade chilled almond milk 1/2 tbsp maple syrup 1/4 tsp vanilla essence 5 ice-cubes

Step 1

Take avocados wash them. Noe take a bowl, chop some ripe avocados. In mixer add chopped avocados, frozen blue berries. Churn it well.

Step 2

Now add almond milk accordingly it will form a nice creamy texture. Churn it well.

Step 3

Now add vanilla essence for that nice flavour. And mix. Add desired amount of ice and mix.

Step 4

Combine all the ingredients with maple syrup and blend till smooth. Take a dish, and serve this smoothie chilled with your favourite toppings enjoy!
