Looking for an easy and healthy breakfast? Make a delicious smoothie bowl.
1 1/2 cups frozen mixed berries 1 banana ½ cup Greek yogurt 1/2 cup orange juice 1 tablespoon chia seeds Toppings: fresh berries, sliced bananas, nuts, coconut, almond butter, honey
Place the bowl for the smoothie in the freezer, then prepare the toppings. Place the frozen fruit, banana, Greek yogurt and orange juice in a blender.
Blend until smooth, adding a splash more orange juice as necessary. Pour into the bowl and quickly top with the toppings. Enjoy immediately.
