Breakfast Delight: Extra Cheesy Korean Inspired Tomato Omelette Recipe

Ingredients

3 large eggs 1 medium-sized tomato, diced 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1 tablespoon unsalted butter Salt and pepper to taste Sesame seeds and chopped fresh cilantro

Step 1

Mix the diced tomatoes, chopped green onions, and shredded mozzarella cheese with beaten eggs. Add salt and pepper according to taste.

Step 2

Add the butter to the heated pan and pour the beaten eggs into the skillet to create an even layer.

Fold the omelette and press down gently. Let the cheese melt.
