Bread Upma with Yogurt, A Delicious Summer Dish To Try

A simple and easy-to-make recipe perfect for those mornings when you want to make something quick. 

Ingredients

Oil Curd 2 cups 1 chilli finely chopped 1/4 cup finely chopped coriander salt to taste Mustard seeds 1 tsp Cumin seeds 1 tsp Curry leaves 10-12 Dried red chilli 2 1 medium finely chopped onion

Step 1

Heat oil in a pan and add dried chilli, mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves. 

Step 2

Once they splutter, add onion and cook it until translucent. 

Step 3

Meanwhile, in another pan take some curd. Add chilli coriander and salt and mix well.

Step 4

Add the cubed bread slices to the curd mix and mix well. Wait for 3-4 minutes until the curd is absorbed. 

Step 5

Now add this curd bread mix to the sautéed onions. Mix well and cook for another 3-4 minutes. 

Step 6

Remove from the flame and serve hot topped with some roasted peanuts, ginger and beetroot juliennes. Enjoy
