If you are bored of regular Samosa what about a unique non-vegetarian juicy version of it? Try out this keema samosa to make your evening more flavourful and filling!
1 pack samosa pastry sheets 1 pound minced meat 1 onion 2 cloves garlic 1 inch ginger 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 1 teaspoon coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon garam masala Salt to taste Oil for frying
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, onion, garlic, ginger, coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, and salt.
Add minced meat and cook until browned and cooked through.
Fill each half samosa dough with the prepared keema mixture and fold with egg wash.
Fry the samosas until golden brown and crispy.
